Like most good stories, this beer style was born out of two mates getting together and having a beer! One was a legend of the Oregon beer scene, and the other a chap with Belgian roots, who together melded two renowned beer styles to create a Belgian Wit hopped like an IPA. The beer was forever known as a White IPA! Our Revel rendition features Pilsner malt, wheat, oats and corn with coriander and bitter orange peel added to the brew. The beer is hopped with a combination of Galaxy, Centennial, and Saaz that brings forth spice & citrus-like characteristics while finishing clean & Crisp.
